The following terms and conditions apply to all deliveries from ONLY STORES Denmark A/S, Fredstedvej 1, 7330 Brande, Denmark, CVR: 34578699, to customers who order items at ONLY STORES online shop.

There is a final and binding agreement between you and ONLY STORES Denmark A/S when your order is confirmed by ONLY STORES Denmark A/S. ONLY STORES Denmark A/S sends you an order confirmation via e-mail when the order is accepted. The receipt of the order placement, which is received immediately after submission of the order, does not constitute an order confirmation. You can only buy products at ONLY STORES Denmark A/S online shop as a private consumer and not as a business customer.

Reasonable use
ONLY STORES Denmark A/S reserves the right to prevent specific customers to shop at ONLY STORES Denmark A/S online shop, in case of a high number of returns.
Furthermore, we reserve the right to deactivate a customer account in case of suspected fraud.

All prices are stated including VAT and other fees. The current price is the one stated on ONLY STORES Denmark A/S online shop on the item in question on the date of placing the order. ONLY STORES Denmark A/S reserves the right to change prices that may be stated incorrectly on ONLY STORES Denmark A/S online shop. Furthermore, ONLY STORES Denmark A/S makes reservations for price changes as well as for changes in fees and/or other costs stated on ONLY STORES Denmark A/S online shop at any time, e.g., due to changes in VAT rates or different government fees and taxes, rising costs or because of the normal development in retail prices.
Be aware that a few banks charge a foreign fee for transactions in our online shop, as we have Danish bank account. This fee is charged by the bank, and ONLY STORES Denmark A/S cannot refund it. For more information, please contact your bank.

ONLY STORES Denmark does not assist with VAT refunds in connection to purchases made at our online shop, which are sent outside the EU, by individuals or business customers. Therefore, ONLY STORES Denmark A/S stores that offer click and collect are not obliged to assist with a refund of VAT on products purchased from ONLY STORES Denmark A/S.

When purchasing items at ONLY STORES Denmark A/S online shop, it is possible to make use of the following payment methods:

  • Credit- and debit card (VISA, AMEX, Maestro)
    This payment method presupposes a valid credit or debit card. We reserve the right to check the validity of the card. The amount is reserved on the card and is deducted when the items are shipped.
  • PayPal

This payment method presupposes a PayPal account, which you log on to during the payment process. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can free and easily create one on their website.

  • BESTSELLER gift card

You can pay in full or partial for your order with a BESTSELLER gift card. If the balance on the gift card exceeds the order amount, the balance on the gift card is adjusted accordingly

  • Klarna invoice

This payment service is offered in cooperation with Klarna Bank AB. The payment period is 14 days from shipment of the items.

Klarna invoice is only available if you have a positive credit rating. As a part of the ordering process and the handling of your order, we therefore pass on your data to Klarna for address- and credit check. We can only offer the payment methods that are available based on the credit check. General information about Klarna and their terms of use can be found on
When you choose this payment method you enter into a direct agreement with Klarna which is subject to KLARNA’S TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR KLARNA INVOICE AND PRIVACY POLICY.

In case you are not able to accept the terms and conditions and privacy policy for Klarna, please choose an alternative payment method.


All payments are subject to control and approval from both the card issuer and us for security reasons and to avoid fraud. We reserve the right to reject certain payment methods and/or refer to alternative payment methods depending on the circumstance.

Unless anything else stated, the usual delivery time from the placement of the order, is as listed below:

  • Postnord, Click & Collect: 2-4 working days
ONLY STORES Denmark is not obliged to deliver items, which are not on stock.

Be aware that some orders have split delivery. This will be stated in the e-mails you recieve. 

You have the right to cancel the agreement without justification

The right of return

  • The right of cancellation is valid for 30 days.
  • If you choose to return your order in a physical ONLY STORE, the right of cancellation is 30 days. Read more about that in “Return of items in physical stores” 
  • The period is calculated from the day you received the item.
  • If the last day of exercising the right of cancelation is a public holiday, Saturday, Sunday, 24th of December, or the 31st of December, the deadline expires on the following working day.

The right of cancellation period is complied with, if you send your statement about exercising the right of cancellation before the right of cancellation period has expired. This being a maximum of 30 days after recieving the order(s).

  • To exercise the right of cancellation you must inform ONLY STORES s A/S by informing us at with your decision to regret the order in a unambiguous declaration.
  • We point out, that the address to which the declaration of cancellation of the agreement must be sent, is not the same address to which the items must be returned. The address where the items are to be returned appears below, in the section “Return of items”
  • If we receive your returned items without any  prior notice from you, we consider the return of the items as an execution of the right to cancellation.

I´f you choose Click and Collect (Pickup in one of our stores) as a delivery method and you do not pick up your package, the package will be sent back to ONLY STORES online shop after 14 calendar days from the date that the package was delivered to the store. We consider this return as your execution of the right to cancellation.

  • If you execute your right to cancellation, we reimburse the lawfull amount for the returned items. If all itmes in an order is returned, we will reimburse you the whole amout of the order, including delivery costs (However, not additional costs if you have chosen another delivery method than the cheapest standard delivery as we offer).

  • To recieve a refund you have to return the order without any undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the date on which we have received your notification of your decision to cancel the agreement.

  • We will refund you using the same means of payment that you used for the original payment unless both parties have expressly agreed otherwise in advance. In any case you will not be charged any kind of fees as a result of the refund.

  • Your refund is initiated when the return orders is recieved. Do remember to get proof of submitment when handing in the return order to the freight company. All proof of such is your responsibility. 

  • In case of partial return of the goods, we do not reimburse the delivery costs.

  • You return the goods to ONLY STORES Denmark A/S without unnecessary delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which you have informed us that you are exercising the right of cancellation. The return is considered timely, if the item is handed in for postal shipping or another kind of shipping service that is responsible for shipping the item to ONLY STORES Denmark A/S before the expiry of the 14 days.

  • As proof of timely return of the items or order is demanded if the package is lost or any other inconvenience. 

  • ONLY STORES Denmark A/S will hold the costs (postage/shipping) regarding to the return of the goods, provided that you use our return label to return the goods.

  • Goods returned to ONLY STORES Denmark A/S must be delivered to the address stated on the return label.

  • It is possible to return items purchased in ONLY STORES Denmark A/S online shop, in physical stores within 30 days from the time you received the items.

  • However, this only applies to selected brands and in selected stores. You can find more information about participating brands and stores HERE
  • You are liable for deterioration in the value of the items, due to other treatment than what is necessary to determine the type of the items, their properties, and the way in which they work.
  • Some of our items are provided with a special label. This label does not prevent you from trying on the clothes, but if the label is removed, we point out that you may not be able to exercise your full right of cancellation.

  • if the items is not return in the came condition, as it was recieved, we consider it used. This means, that you upon exersicing your right to cancellation or refund won't recieve the full amount. The items value and refund will be determined based on it's commercial value. 

  • The right of cancelation does not apply to goods, that are manufactured to your specifications or have a clear personal touch

ONLY STORES Denmark A/S gives a right of complaint for 24 months on all items, in accordance with the Danish Sales of Goods Act. The right of complaint means, that you can complain about errors and defects in the item, which have occurred within 24 months of purchase. You must complain within reasonable time after such an error or defect should have been established. We reimburse freight charges according to Postnord’s rates that you may have in connection with the return of the item when the complaint is justified. You complain by sending the return form (applied the return reason code) and the defective items to us. If you no longer have return receipt and the return label from the original order, you can contact our customer service and get a new one sent to you.

Always remember to include the ordernumber in any claim or need of help. 

If you disagree with our processing of your complaint, you can contact Naevnes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, where you can submit a complaint to the Center for Complaint Resolution.

ONLY STORES Denmark A/S is not responsible for delays or non-fulfillment of agreements due to force majeure. As long as a force majeure situation exists, ONLY STORES Denmark A/S is exempt from fulfilling its obligations. ONLY STORES Denmark A/S liability in damages is by any claim for damages limited to an amount equaling to the price on the item you purchased.
ONLY STORES Denmark A/S assumes product liability to you in accordance with applicable law.

Discount codes or other types of discounts cannot be used to purchase gift cards.
